Giving birth is no easy task, I know.
Its labor intensive pushing leaves one frustrated, exhausted, sore, and drained!
God impregnates each of us with our purpose in life, and it's up to us to "birth" it through PRAYER.
However, Satan has attempted to abort what God has implanted by rendering us helpless and hopeless in our present situations. I know this to be true, because He allowed me to feel it! I was in worship a few days ago, when I became overwhelmed with despair and hopelessness. I gave birth in the spirit to the word I am now sharing with you, and I was drained afterwards.
But, I'm here to tell you... PUSH!!!
DO NOT GIVE UP, YOUR DESTINY AWAITS YOU AND YOUR FAMILY!
Hezekiah declared, "this is the day of trouble...for the children have come to birth, but there is no strength to bring them forth!" (Isaiah 37: 3)
In other words...We’re like pregnant women without even the strength to have a baby!
God knows the trouble you're in, and He sees your crisis.
He knows you have become weakened by the battle and the raging threats.
Nonetheless, He chose to impregnate you with a seed of purpose that you must birth. It's a legacy seed for your children's children to inherit. If you quit now, the seed dies.
Personally, I've learned the harder the travail, the greater the purpose!
So... Hezekiah, who like many had become wearied from fighting the enemy, goes into the sanctuary of God, spreads the enemy's threatening letter of accusations out before God and prays. (vs14)
Hezekiah chose to get alone with God, and commune with Him. I can just hear him now, "Look here God, I've got some pretty bad dudes with attitudes coming after me and your Kingdom, ahhhhhh, you think you could help me out?"
I love God's response on behalf of Hezekiah, to his enemies:
I’ll put my hook in your nose
and my bit in your mouth.
I’ll show you who’s boss. I’ll turn you around
and take you back to where you came from!
The battle belongs to the Lord.
Give it to God, and go birth your purpose!
