Take Me To Post Comment Form i am confused about this county and the way it carries out its laws. how is it that someone with a suspended licence can get permission from one of our local talented deputies to go ahead and drive off, even though their license is suspened?? this just amazes me. also, how is it that laws are made and those that break them get away with it and others that are not breaking the laws get punished? here's another one for you. how is it that a child of divorced parents can be forced to go with the "other" parent, even though this parent does not pay child support. this is funny, because to me, if you cannot pay your child support and get away with it, how is it that when this parent has the child, that they can afford to feed the child, dress the child, etc. to me, if you cannot pay your child support to help "support" the child, then how does anyone know that you are taking care of the child when you have it?? and yes, i refered to the child as "it". get over it!

to me, when an individual goes to court and a "judge" makes a ruling before a courtroom full of people and GOD, these judges should be held up to their end of the deal. the lawyer has brought this to court and the judge makes the final call. judges out there in effingham county need to stick to their end of the deal. you have made the decision as to what happens before GOD and everyone else, so hold up to your end of things. quit giving extensions on paying this and that, start placing these people in JAIL. my tax dollars are paying for this, so let me see you use it!!!!! for once!!!! this county is too involved with cases such as pot, etc...... i understand that this is also an issue, but do you know that if i go have a glass of wine or two with my meal, that if i get a dui, i will be punished harder than those that harm children, and other such crimes. it is so easy for this county to punish people for things like speeding, dui, etc. but i guess that's just because the county knows that these people will pay their fines so that people such as our fabulous police officers and such have jobs!!! this county needs to rethink their policies and laws and all this other stuff, because one day, someone is going to come into this county and replace all "these" people we have in office now, and i hope some big changes happen.
