This simple water based solution of soda contains salts, which can harm your normal blood pressure level.

Method 2 – Baking Soda with Honey

Make a dilute solution of baking soda in water. Now, mix a teaspoon of honey to the solution. Consume this for immediate heartburn relief. If you want you can increase the amount of honey in the solution. It actually neutralizes the salt in soda water and thus, the solution becomes good for health. For quick heartburn relief, this baking soda medication is suggested.

Method 3 – Baking Soda and Lemon

So, what helps acid reflux go away? The answer is a perfect combination of baking soda, water and lemon. Produce soda water and add some lime juice in it. Consume it for quickest heartburn relief. This is an excellent antacid home remedy.

Method 4 – Baking Soda and Apple Cider Vinegar

Combination of baking soda and apple cider vinegar is excellent for you. Add some baking soda in 1 cup apple cider vinegar. Then add some water to make the solution diluted. Consume it for fast heartburn relief.

Apart from these things, it is absolutely important to opt for the best acid reflux diet plan. Prevention is better than cure. You need proper diet to prevent acid reflux.
